Budget hotel with an ideal location

After our stay at the Rixos Premium Alamein 5*, we decided not to miss the chance to visit Alexandria. We picked this hotel because of its convenient location near all the main attractions we wanted to see. We booked it through Unit. We traveled the 100 km from Alamein by taxi (Uber)—it arrived in six minutes, and we paid 400 pounds.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised: at one o’clock in the morning, they were already expecting us as their most valued guests. They greeted us by name, checked us in swiftly, and brought our luggage to the room. Since we came in late, they even offered us a late checkout until 2 PM.

The hotel is budget-friendly but exudes an old‑movie charm that added a special touch to our stay. The staff are incredibly customer‑focused, courteous, and very friendly.

The room itself was spotless and included a tea and coffee set, a fridge, two bottles of water, and reliable internet. In the bathroom, you’ll find shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and soap.

There’s also a cozy lounge area, a desk, a wardrobe, and a full‑length mirror.

All in all, a solid budget option with a perfect location.
