The resort consists of six towers, 25 floors, and 1,313 rooms. You can traverse all the towers on the fourth floor, and there’s one reception desk for every two towers.

The Alamein region is popular with European visitors — Germans, Dutch, Brits and affluent local Egyptians. El Alamein Airport is 63 km away, and Alexandria Airport (Boursh El) is 86 km away.

The property offers two concepts: a family section and an adult-only boutique section in a separate building. All rooms feature views of either the sea or both the lagoon and the sea.

Towers 1–3 house the hotel rooms (closest to the sea), while towers 4–6 are apartments.

Who should you recommend this property to?

On-site amenities include a shopping center with 95 stores, a cinema, pharmacies, banks, cafés, and restaurants. There’s a children’s playground and multiple relaxation zones. A large arena hosts lively entertainment and shows, just like in other hotels in the chain.

There are three pools: an indoor pool in Tower 1, a main outdoor pool on the grounds (unheated), and an infinity pool with heating on the fourth floor.

The hotel operates on various meal plans. Although the Premium Ultra All Inclusive package is supposed to include imported alcohol, none was available at any bar during our stay — only locally produced premium brands.

Dining options include two main restaurants (in Towers 1 and 3), six à la carte restaurants, and ten bars and cafés. Dining à la carte is free with advance reservation.

The entry-level room is the Deluxe Room (39 m²) with a balcony, available on different floors and with different views. All rooms feature a smart-room system: you can control music, lighting, and curtains via the mirror by the bed in the bathroom.

Panoramic View rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows but no balcony. The Premium Room Panoramic View is 41 m² without a balcony. The Junior Suite is 55 m² with a separate bedroom and a living area.

Higher categories include:

• Grand Deluxe Room (45 m²);

• Deluxe Suite (77 m²);

• Premium Suite Panoramic View (90 m²).

Outside the towers, ten beachfront chalets (50 m² each) offer direct sea views, private beach access, and immediate beach access. Each is a one-bedroom unit with a living area.

Apartment types in Towers 4-6 include Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom units, all equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. Guests can still use the hotel’s on-site restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Some restaurants and a nightclub are located on the pontoon.

The beach is absolutely stunning - I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Even in April, the water was warm enough for comfortable swimming. There’s a kilometer of sandy beach with a gentle slope and gradually increasing depth. Adults are not allowed to use the family side’s facilities.

Less pleasant experiences:

• During the day on the pier, my child and I weren’t served non-alcoholic drinks under our Ultra All Inclusive bracelets and were told there would be an extra charge.

• My husband doesn’t drink alcohol but loves non-alcoholic cocktails, and this hotel couldn’t make them — they just mix juice with a colored filler, which is nowhere near the standard for a hotel of this caliber.

• After check‑out, we stayed until 6 PM and were repeatedly refused service without an extra fee. We even had to wait for a bottle of water while staff double-checked with management and were told conflicting information.

I hope these hiccups are just a start‑of‑season issue and that future guests will receive the high-quality service they deserve.

Overall, we loved the property. We already have our first bookings and plan to return with the whole family.
