Advantages and disadvantages
The territory is compact but very green – with many live trees, lawns, and palms, everything is well-kept and creates an oasis-like atmosphere.
Rooms with sea views offer a full panorama – nothing obstructs the view, you can see the horizon and the beach line.
Breakfast is served on an open terrace by the pool – spacious, peaceful, and with a high-quality food selection, including local options.
The outdoor pool is filled with sea water and heated – perfect for swimming even in cooler weather, and always peaceful.
The rooftop bar overlooking Burj Khalifa is a great evening spot – with a DJ set but no noise.
The hotel offers virtually no nightlife – everything quiets down in the evening, and there are no entertainment formats.
The beach is not very wide, and the sand is imported and very dense – walking barefoot may not be very pleasant.
Some city-view rooms face directly onto the road, which can be noisy, especially during the day.
